Apartments

Apartments offer a cheaper alternative for families and large groups over the more pricey (and often crowded) resorts at the peak. At Gohtong Jaya, the Mawar and Bunga Raya apartments offer the most accessible accommodation in town, but the rooms are quite old. Located further down the hill slopes are Genting Permai and Genting View Resort, which are modern condominiums that offer one to three bedroom units with various facilities. At the peak, the Ria and Kayangan apartments is located within direct walking distance to Genting Resort and its various attractions. Finally, hidden behind the peak is the Amber Court Villa, the cheapest but most run-down apartment.
